2022 UCI First Gen Day Celebration

About First Gen Day

The Council for Opportunity in Education (COE), Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education (NASPA), and other higher education organizations and institutions across the country are joining forces for the 6th Annual First-Generation College Celebration to celebrate first-generation college students on the 57th Anniversary of the Higher Education Act of 1965. We will be joining in this celebration by recognizing the 14,000+ students on campus who identify as being first-generation college students and celebrating the many faculty and staff on campus who were first-generation college students themselves.
